Court Presentation Guidelines

The following is a short rubric for your presentations:

1. Correctly identify the constitutional question.
2. Correctly identify the compelling government interest.
3. Show is visually appealing and informative- information is broken down and the slides are not full of text.
4. Court language is present that helps us to understand the mindset of the court.
5. Test or precedent is correctly identified.
